Once youâve validated the desirability of your idea, keep going. Hone what youâve built with more experiments. Perhaps you can raise your profitsâtry raising the price incrementally until people stop adding the product to their shopping carts. Be deliberate and methodical. Now that you know people want what youâve got, can something extraneous about the offering be pared away? Can the process of fulfillment be simplified? Measure the time and effort involved in doing some aspect and streamline it. Above all, keep questioning your assumptions. Is this solution sustainable? Will it be resilient under different conditions? This is the stuff you want to figure out before you go into full production mode.
Turking with vinyl bath mats and manual nail cutting will get you only so far. Once youâve proven that an idea is both desirable and viable, make it real. This is the stage to rope in more people and resources. Ramping up is much easier once youâve built a convincing case based on real-world data. Youâve tested your assumptions and addressed many of the questions that stakeholders will present. Youâre ready to elevate your approach.
